Am pierdut datele la eve online

Mi-am pierdut recent datele la contul meu de la eve online, mai bine spus user parola si nici nu mai stiu pe ce mail am inregistrat userul, asa ca va spun din ceea ce am primit pe mail ce trebuie sa faceti in caz ca sunteti uituc ca si mine si ati pierdut datele…
1. The CD key used to create the account (if a CD key was used).
2. A scan of the CD key and the game box (if used to create the
account).
3. The last 6 digits and the expiration date of the credit card used to
pay for the subscription (if a credit card was used).
4. The full name used to register the account.
5. The email address used to register the account.
6. The date of birth given when account was registered.
7. The names of the characters located on the account.
8. The username for the account.
Dupa ce aveti toate aceste informatii trimitem frumos mail si avem sanse sa ne luam contul inapoi
